These terms cover the Ouiwey Vision website and the digital meditation music sold on it. By buying a song or the bundle, you agree to them. They're written in plain language. If anything is unclear, just email us.

Ouiwey Vision is run by William "Ouiwey" Collins, doing business as WeyXstream. Contact: [email protected].

WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

Single song, $0.99 (USD): unlocks full-length playback of that song on this site, with or without the nature sound FX, plus MP3 downloads of both versions (with nature FX and music only). Both versions are one purchase.
All-songs bundle, $12.99 (USD): unlocks full-length playback and MP3 downloads of all 24 meditation songs currently in the collection, each with and without the nature FX.
Free 0:33 previews of every song are available before you buy.
Any tax that applies is shown by Square at checkout before you pay.

How purchases work: a purchase unlocks full-length playback in the web browser you used to buy it, and lets you download the song as an MP3 in two versions: with the relaxing nature FX and music only. Use the DOWNLOAD button on an owned song. Signing in to restore purchases on other devices isn't available yet. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, email us your Square receipt and we'll help you get your songs back.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by Square on Square's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Square's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.

YOUR LICENSE

Buying a song gives you a personal, non-commercial license to listen to it, including keeping your downloaded copies on your own devices. You may not resell, share, re-upload, redistribute, or publicly perform the music, or use it in other content (videos, podcasts, streams, ads) without our written permission. All music, artwork and visuals belong to Ouiwey Vision. All rights reserved.

REFUNDS

See our Refund Policy. In short, digital sales are final once a song is unlocked or played, but we refund duplicate charges, accidental purchases, and songs that won't play or unlock if you ask within 7 days.

THE WEBSITE

We work to keep the site and music available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or retire features and songs. If something you paid for stops working, contact us and we'll make it right.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you bought something apply to that purchase.
